Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the hotel.
The cancellation/modification charges are applicable, requiring reservations to be cancelled 24 to 72 hours before check-in time to avoid a hotel cancellation fee from the hotel any waiver is entirely on the hotel's discretion.
Unmarried/Unrelated couples will not be allowed to check-in. The Premier Guest House reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
Number of modifications possible on a booking will be on the discretion of hotel.
In case of No-show booking amount will be non-refundable.
In case of cancellation Minimum 3% convivence fee charged for using payment gateway will not be refundable.
In the event of cancellation of non-cancellable bookings, the Guest shall not be refunded the amount paid towards making the reservation.
REFUND POLICY
On cancellation of a refundable Paid booking the refund processing will take time between 3 to 7 days.
